Power of the Brow

Another week and another beauty brand venture into the virtual world… This week is the turn of Benefit Cosmetics, who have released a ‘Brow Try-On’ feature.

After allowing the device to access your profile, either through a live webcam feed or through uploading a selfie, you then have a wide range of different brows ready to be superimposed onto your face. This feature aims to show “the transformative power of your brows” without the usual hassle of salon appointments or considerable time spent clutching a brow pencil as many of us are used to! This virtual experience even allows you to specifically adjust ‘Shade’, ‘Arch’, ‘Thickness’, ‘Definition’ and ‘Placement’ and, of course, suggests individually tailored products to buy after you’ve finished experimenting.
