Spotify now sells make-up!
As one of the world’s most celebrated make-up artists, Pat McGrath holds unquestionable precedence in the beauty world. This week, she announced a collaboration with Spotify to release her new collection. The musical face behind the campaign is pop-star Maggie Lindemann and this musical partnering allows fans to shop Lindemann’s glamourous look, all through the artist’s Spotify page. The release of the collection coincides with the release of Lindemann’s own single “Obsessed” and this exciting development hints at the possibility of beauty and music working more closely together in the future…
When asked to comment upon her latest collaboration McGrath said “In this digitally-empowered, digital era of make-up, where fans crave instant glamour gratification I always want to reach fans where they’re most engaged. That’s why this relationship with Spotify is absolutely major, because it merges beauty and music in a whole new way, that’s never been done before.”
